Video Program Toolkit

Accountability

Welcome!

Accountability is the cornerstone of high performance for every team. Accountability works best when it’s used as a compass, not a punishment. It sets everyone’s direction so the team can flourish.

This toolkit provides all the program materials and a delivery checklist to deliver the video program version of the Leadership-in-a-Box® Accountability training program.

Program Materials Inventory

The Leadership-in-a-Box® Accountability video program is a 30 minute, asynchronous learning experience with content condensed from the workshop program. Each individual learning item may also be utilized by leaders in their day-to-day performance activities.
