Accountability is the cornerstone of high performance for every team. Accountability works best when it’s used as a compass, not a punishment. It sets everyone’s direction so the team can flourish.

This toolkit provides all program materials and a delivery checklist to coordinate and facilitate the workshop version of this Leadership-in-a-Box® program.

This Leadership-in-a-Box® workshop program contains the following materials, which may also be utilized by leaders in their day-to-day performance activities:

Workshop Delivery Checklist

To coordinate and facilitate this workshop program effectively, complete the following steps. Ideally, total facilitator prep and coordination time should not need to exceed 60 minutes.

  1. Review workshop presentation — Download presentation and review. Facilitator notes are included in the presentation.

  2. Review Facilitation Best Practices — If this is your first time delivering a Leadership-in-a-Box® workshop program, review the Leadership-in-a-Box® Facilitation Best Practices.

  3. Review & Print Workshop Handouts — Each workshop participant will utilize the self-assessment and performance worksheet handouts during the workshop.

    • For in-person workshops, these handouts will need to be printed ahead of time.

    • For virtual workshops, the links to these handouts will be included in the calendar invitation for easy reference (no prep action required).

  4. Review Supporting Resources — These resources are included in the communication templates for this workshop (as is the discussion guide) — no additional prep action is needed.

  5. Schedule – Schedule a time and location (in-person or virtual) for workshop and reserve space if necessary.

  6. Communication – Send pre-session email using communication template.

  7. Invitation – Send calendar invitation using communication template.

  8. Facilitate workshop – Deliver session at the workshop event.

  9. Communication – Send post-session email using communication template.
